• Provider Recruitment and Medical Staff Services have distinct responsibilities, but both are essential to creating a safe, timely, and credible provider onboarding experience. This session explores how relationship building, clear ownership, and curiosity can strengthen handoffs, improve communication, establish realistic start-date expectations, and help providers experience one coordinated organization. Participants will also learn how to adapt collaboration strategies based on the recruiter’s level of medical staff services experience.
