• This session will cover some common misconceptions of the Provider Enrollment process, and the lessons we learn from common mistakes. We will cover the different responsibilities that accompany enrolling our providers in commercial or government plans, as well as through an Independent Practice Association (IPA). We'll discuss ways to advocate for ourselves when our providers don't really understand what we do for them, and how to evaluate and manage workflows to ensure the department overhead stays manageable.
