  • In this session, Tsveta Polhemus will provide an overview of proposed updates to NCQA's credentialing standards in Health Plan Accreditation, Credentialing Accreditation and Credentialing Verification Organization Certification. The session will also provide guidance on how to offer public comment. Tsveta will reserve 15 minutes for Q&A.

  2. Know how to submit comments.
  3. Offer feedback or clarifying questions regarding public comment.
