• During the forum, participants will explore common challenges such as payer enrollment delays, provider onboarding timelines, staffing and workload management, technology and automation, delegated credentialing requirements, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share successful processes, tools, and strategies that have made a positive impact within their organizations. Whether you're looking for fresh ideas, practical solutions, or simply validation that others are facing similar obstacles, this session offers a chance to learn directly from your peers and contribute to a meaningful industry conversation.

• This forum is open to all NAMSS members involved in provider enrollment, credentialing, medical staff services, and related functions. Whether you are new to provider enrollment or a seasoned professional, this session is designed for anyone interested in discussing current challenges, exchanging ideas, and learning from colleagues across a variety of healthcare settings.

What We’re Discussing:

We'll begin by sharing highlights from the attendee registration survey, including the most common provider enrollment challenges and discussion topics identified by members. Using those responses as a guide, forum facilitators will lead a conversation focused on the issues having the greatest impact on organizations today.
