• MSPs are on the front lines when it comes to handling instances of clinicians’ bad behavior. MSPs may also be consulted for recommendations when something must be done about these behaviors. This session will explain the impact of remedial education interventions, describe when they are appropriate, how to find such resources, and how these interventions can be added seamlessly to existing performance improvement plans to reduce existing and future behavioral lapses and violations.
